Pam delivers over 20 years of experience in our local Residential, Rural, and Commercial Real Estate market. Earning a reputation for her honesty and integrity, she will do everything in her power to ensure her clients' success.
Her motivation to bring the 3% Realty Franchise to Athabasca in 2016 was initiated by the desire to offer more support for her clients. After considering different alternatives, a sit-down meeting with multiple brokers made the decision an easy one. A door was opened to a community of like-minded professionals that were prepared to challenge the industry structure for the benefit of what’s most important to them – their clients. Moving forward through the years, the response from clients has been incredible.
In addition to being an active volunteer in various youth programs, over the years Pam has helped raise funds for many non-profit organizations in the community, including:

She considers her greatest achievement her family and enjoys spending her spare time with her kids volunteering in various programs, football being one of her favourites. Born and raised in the area, she feels fortunate to be able to contribute to the community and call Athabasca home.

Derek has been enjoying the Athabasca region for almost two decades, spending quality time with his family at Baptiste Lake.
He brings a strong background in Commercial Leasing and Sales, Residential and Commercial Property Management, and Condominium Management—experience he's ready to add to the 3% Realty Progress Team.
